Check three things: (1) is the operator getting power — the LED on the control board should be lit; (2) are the photo eyes aligned and clean — a misaligned eye blocks all motion; (3) is the manual release engaged — if someone disengaged the gate for maintenance and forgot to re-engage, the operator runs but the gate stays still.
