I was referred to Tal and I’m so glad I was. He is fair and his work is wonderful. We had our driveway widen and new concrete installed along with a new composite wood gate and two pedestrian gates made of composite wood which he makes all in house. With any repairs or new builds or remodels Tal will always be our first choice. His work is top tier and his crew is great too. He is transparent and will work with your budget. What warranty do you give on repairs?
Repairs carry three months on labor and one year on parts. If the same fault returns inside that window, we come back and put it right.
What warranty do you give on new installations?
Installations carry one year on labor and one year on parts, plus the manufacturer warranty on the equipment itself. Manufacturer cover varies by brand and by model, and we will tell you what it includes before you decide on anything.
Which brands are you an Authorized Dealer for?
LiftMaster and All-O-Matic, and only those two. We install and service many other manufacturers as well, and the full list is set out in the brands section of this page. Authorized dealer status applies to LiftMaster and All-O-Matic alone.
My gate motor has stopped. Does it need replacing?
Often not. A motor that will not run can be a failed capacitor, a limit switch out of adjustment, a blown board fuse, a safety loop or photo eye that has drifted, or a battery at the end of its life. We diagnose before we quote, and we will tell you when a repair is the sensible answer and when replacement genuinely is the better call.
Do you make gates yourselves or only fit them?
We fabricate in-house. Custom iron, metal, wood and aluminum gates and fencing, plus structural welding and repair. Priming and painting are done in-house as well. Powder-coating is the one stage we send out to a specialist shop.
What happens when I call?
We ask what the door or gate is doing, what brand it is and roughly how old, and where you are. That usually tells us what is likely wrong and what to bring. We then agree a visit with you. Diagnosis happens on site, and nothing is agreed until you have seen what we found.
Do you install access control and intercoms?
Yes. Intercoms, keypads, DoorBird and DoorKing hardware, installed, repaired and serviced, on both residential and commercial properties. We do not take on general home-automation integration work.
